This is achieved via payments that are rebate inclusive – a method that allows you to build equity within the machinery that you lease, enabling you to ultimately purchase the equipment at the end of your Lease to Purchase program.
Two key results are achieved through this rebate process:
the cash back can be used as a deposit on the purchase of the machine
the clear trading history generated through the agreed life of the Lease to Purchase period
These two functions combined provide you with a powerful position to access “mainstream” lending for the purchase of your Machine.
Fixed-term operating lease-only program
TDF offers a Lease Only platform that includes a range of short-term operating lease options for contractors where owning the Machine at the end of the contract is not a priority for you.
Lease-only is an ideal solution for contractor businesses who are just starting out and wanting to trial equipment before committing to buying, or those needing a temporary increase in capacity for a big project.
A fix term lease not only provides flexibility for short-term contract work in peak seasons, it is ideal for contractors who are still building their business. We offer flexible lease periods suitable for short, mid or long-term contracts, so that you are not carrying the cost of idle machines when you no longer need them.
When your agreed Lease Only contract period is up, you simply hand the Machine back.
A fixed-term operating lease also allows you to use your accessible credit on other items of equipment, or keep direct debt level down, depending on your needs.
